The success of your project depends on a well-constructed support plan
Each mission is different, but follows the same support process which includes the following steps:
Identifying your needs
We will audit your situation, identify your needs and objectives to offer you the best possible solution.
Specification document
We are constructing what is called a 'simplified specifications document.
This represents the needs and tools we are implementing to carry out the project.
Onboarding
We will have two meetings, either in person or through video conferencing. The first one will be to define the steps, processes, and project roadmap. The second meeting will be to set up the necessary tools for the project implementation.
Completion of the project
Our team carries out the project by regularly liaising with your teams for project monitoring.
The post-project
After the project is done, we will have a meeting to check if everything is okay and if there are other improvements to make. We may even grab a drink to celebrate!
